• Stationary Aeroflex spectrum analyzer with tracking generator, frequency range up to 26ГГц, signal analysis, parameters of amplifiers and frequency converters in the microwave range.

• Portable spectrum analyzers from Rohde & Schwarz, Micronix with a tracking generator, frequency range up to 6GHz and 3.3 GHz, respectively.

• The microwave generators Agilent, Anritsu, Gigatronics up to 8 GHz.

• The power meters Agilent microwave to 24 GHz.

• Precision a 6.5 digit voltmeter Keithley (TECTRONICS).

• Pulse generator Agilent.

Our measuring equipment and knowledge of our specialists allow to develop:
