Router Kroks Rt-Cse eQ-EP has a Quectel EP06-E modem with support for 4G+LTE-Advanced Cat.6 wireless Internet up to 300 Mbps in the downlink and up to 50 Mbps in the uplink channel.

Using of LTE-Advanced technology provides a great advantage in areas with many LTE users, producing better responsiveness in dense broadcast conditions and higher efficiency for weak signals.

This router with a wireless access point is a turnkey solution for providing an office, a private home or a summer residence with the Internet. The device runs on the OpenWRT operating system, which provides bandwidth allocation (QoS), a firewall, user access control and many other features.

Attention, the connection through the wired LAN port of the router is limited to 100 Mbps. The router only works in conjunction with an external 3G/4G antenna.

The router is designed for:

  • connecting to the Internet via mobile 3G/4G operator or wired Internet provider connection;
  • providing wireless data transfer between devices over Wi-Fi;
  • creating a local network.

For the router to work in the networks of 3G/4G mobile operators and high-speed data transfer, it is recommended to additionally purchase:

  • An external 3G/4G antenna with support for MIMO technology. Antennas supporting MIMO technology have two high-frequency connectors, one of them has vertical polarization and the other horizontal. Also, the router can work with two conventional 3G/4G antennas located in different polarizations (vertical and horizontal).
  • Cable assemblies. Cable assemblies are purchased separately, based on the calculation of the distance from the external antenna to the router and the types of high-frequency antenna connectors on the antenna and router.

To work with the router, use SIM cards with unlimited tariffs. When using tariffs for smartphones/tablets, speed and volume limits may be limited by the mobile network operator.
