Antenna KAA18–5300 used Wi-Fi standard IEEE 802.11n. Standard 802.11n increases the data transfer rate is almost 4 times compared to 802.11g and reaches speeds of 300 Mbit/s. Standard 802.11n is based on MIMO technology (Multiple Input Multiple Output — data transmission technology using N antennas and M receiving antennas).
Antenna KAA18–5300 is an antenna array with weakly correlated elements, which is achieved through the use of technology of polarization diversity signals. When using the antenna KAA18–5300 802.11n can achieve both increase the speed of information transmission, and improve reliability of wireless data transmission.
Antenna KAA18–5300 consists of two elements, the polarization separation of 90°. Each antenna element is operated as reception and signal transmission.
Antenna KAA18–5300 made in a sealed enclosure, resistant to weather conditions and can be used both inside and outdoors. The antenna is designed for installation on the mast or on the wall with wall bracket KH-200.
