The KNA21-800/2700С parabolic broadband directional MIMO antenna with a gain of 21 dB is intended to work with 3G, 4G, LTE modems, routers and other equipment operating in the 800-2700 MHz frequency range.

Using of MIMO technology allows to increase the data transfer rate up to 150 Mbps.

MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) — is a method of spatial signal coding that allows to increase the channel bandwidth, in which systems of multiple antennas are used to transmit and receive data. MIMO technology is used in wireless communication systems (Wi-Fi, WiMAX, LTE) to increase bandwidth and use the frequency range more efficiently. Using of MIMO technology allows more data to be transmitted in one
frequency range, thereby increasing the transmission speed.

The antenna works in wireless communication networks with equipment of standards:

  • 4G - LTE 2600, LTE 1800, LTE 800;
  • 3G - UMTS 2100, UMTS 900;
  • 2G - GSM 1800, GSM 900;
  • Wi-Fi 2400 (IEEE 802.11b, g, n).

Antenna's design allows data transmission over a considerable distance (up to 25 km) in conditions of direct optical visibility. The antenna has low wind resistance (low wind load), which allows it to be installed on a high mast without the fear of swinging in strong winds.

Typically, parabolic antenna solutions are used in very weak input conditions. They allow you to establish a reliable connection even in cases where other types of antennas are powerless. Compared to panel antennas and wave channels, parabolic antennas provide significantly higher gain.

Antenna's structure consists of :

  • MIMO feeder (irradiator)
  • wirewound parabolic direct-focus reflector
  • mount set

MIMO feeder (irradiator) is equipped with two RG-316 cables with SMA(male) connectors. This allows you to connect the antenna directly to, for example, a hermetic box. Reflector painted with polymer powder paint. All unpainted parts are zinc galvanized. This guarantees long-term operational stability and trouble-free operation.
